Jean Pierre Jacquet

I bring 22 years experience in carving stone to my work which includes restoration of historical monuments through Europe (mainly France, England, Spain). And in Compagnon du Devoir du Tour de France.

Specialties:

Minnesota or Alabama limestone have been the primary materials with which I work.

The results are seen in my creations of fireplace mantels with an emphasis on French classical architecture.

“Through the ages, stone has always been a support for creativity. Coming from a traditional apprenticeship, I traveled to America in search of new ideas on how to go a step further than our predecessors. I have not achieved this goal yet!”
